$ nslookup

*** localhost can't find 60.198.69.217.in-addr.arpa.: Non-existent
host/domain
> exit
Соответственно:
$ nslookup - 217.69.198.60
*** Can't find server name for address 217.69.198.60: Server failed
*** Default servers are not available
Вывод:
обратное разрешение имен не настроено.
Свяжитесь с ответственным за зону 198.69.217.in-addr.arpa и
попросите добавить запись для вашего DNS
