Это smb.conf в состоянии по умолчанию. Просто прочтите его
внимательно и снимите коментарии там, где посчитаете нужным. В
этом файле есть масса заготовок. Почти всё, что Вам нужно
подробно описано в печатной документации к Мастеру.
Так же весьма полезен:
man smb.conf
и
/usr/share/doc/samba*/docs/*
