Дело не в чьей-то безнадежности, апт именно с
рпмом и работает.
Дело в том, что апт имеет более развитые механизмы
контроля за целостностью
системы. Кроме того, он может автоматически
доустанавливать все пакеты необходимые
запрошенному. :)
