Ну мне удалось отговорить его... Точнее, ругается, зараза, но работает
правильно. Рецепт: добавить пути к его шрифтовым каталогам в
/etc/X11/fs/config (сами пути вроде /usr/share/abiword/fonts и
та_же_мурня/KOI8-R, могу по-мелкому ошибиться, так что проверьте). И
service xfs restart. По-моему, это стоило бы делать при установке пакета
abiword. И еще моё личное пожелание разработчикам сабжа: нельзя ли
сделать так, чтобы он мог использовать не только свой набор шрифтов, а
вооюще, все доступные в системе, хотя бы масштабируемые только.
