libra-ft - это действитеьно так получилось?
С длинными именами и всякими дефисами я дел не имел.
У меня пользователь для ftp не по умолчанию.
Попробуйте сами поменять записи в /etc/passwd, /etc/group,
в /etc/xinetd.d/anonftp под ключиком -u и соответствующую группу
в команде chown.
Должно работать.
