По идее у ядра есть настройки по фильтрации не разрешенных
(зарезервированных) ip. Точно параметр указать несмогу (не помню), но
дело в нем. Просто на старой системе он по умолчанию отключен, а на
новых включен и работает - что есть правильно!!!
