Привет, Linuxоиды!
Так как очень хочется новое ядро, то вынужден хотя бы попытаться
обновиться из Сизифа. В связи с этим есть вопрос.
Я так понимаю, что перед обновлением нужно сказать apt-get update,
чтобы взять с серверов список с пакетами, которые можно загрузить.
Но эта стадия длится у меня очень долго... Я ждал-ждал... Несколько
раз использовал волшебную комбинацию Ctrl+C и переподключался в
поисках большей скорости. Потом продолждил, но так и не докачал все
списки :((
В начале у меня были расскоментированы все сервера на ru, где есть
Sysiphus. Потом я оставил только два, но все равно так и не дождался
окончания apt-get update.
Сейчас мой /etc/apt/sources.list выглядит так:

Меня интересуют значения clasic, kernel, castle, junior, master,
contrib, non-free и base. Что они означают? Может стоит что-нибудь закомментировать?
И тут же вопрос: в статистике kppp график строится из красной и
синей линии. Что они означают?
