Нашёл.
У тех эккаунтов, которые отображаются по умолчанию, есть хоть какая-то
выдача на команду LSUB:
<1586445490<A000009 LSUB "" *
>1586445490>* LSUB () "/" INBOX/abuse
A000009 OK Completed (0.000 secs 1 calls)
У того, который не отображался, реакция такая:
<1586445570<A000009 LSUB "" *
>1586445570>A000009 OK Completed (0.000 secs)
При заведении аккаунта по умолчанию проставлена галочка Enable server-side
subscriptions в разделе Advanced. Если её снять, то аккаунт тоже появляется
в списке.
