(например, https://www.altlinux.org/Installer/common или
https://www.altlinux.org/Installer/common/propagator)
-- 10 минут это мало, у меня была бага, которая загрузку на почти
полчаса тормозила. Правда, не в инсталляторе;
-- попробуйте для начала параметры загрузки acpi=off noapic nomodeset;
-- другие консоли (Ctrl+Alt+F2...F6) доступны?
-- работают ли магические комбинации (к примеру Alt+SysRq+B -- перезагрузка)?
-- кажется, у нас был текстовый вариант инсталлятора. Или нет? Включался
вроде загрузкой с зажатым Alt-ом;
