Subject: [Comm] udev-230 и несрабатывающие правила в момент старта

Приветствую.
Обнаружилось, что некоторые правила не срабатывают при загрузке.
Есть такое вот правило с названием 75-usb-serial-ups.rules:
SUBSYSTEM=="tty", KERNEL=="ttyUSB*", ACTION=="add", SYMLINK+="ttyUPS1"
При перезагрузке симлинк ttyUPS1 не создаётся почему-то, однако вот так
udevadm test $(udevadm info -q path -n /dev/ttyUSB0)
правило срабатывает потом. Это чего-то в правиле не хватает всё же,
или udev не дорабатывает ? 70-persistent-net.rules работает.
