Это больше Черепанову вопрос был, как автору

Просто некоторое время назад для p6 была рекомендация переходить
на arepo 2.0. Последний вышедший KDesktop уже был с arepo 2.0 по
умолчанию, подозреваю, что для него этот шаг был бы лишний.

Ну так и надо было снести wine, а не i586-wine.
