Здравствуйте.
Сим сообщаю, что пришла весна и удалось найти у более запасливых
людей диски (следовательно, и образы) Mdk RE Spring 2001.
Четвёртый отредактирован по части CommSoft/, в остальном вот:

Спасибо Андрею Добровольскому -- мои диски с бинарниками,
как и книжка, давным-давно ушли по рукам и не вернулись.
