Прописать в /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-monitor.conf
корректные HorizSync VertRefresh, что-то вроде
Section "Monitor"
Identifier "Monitor0"
HorizSync 31.50-65.0
VertRefresh 50-85
EndSection
HorizSync, VertRefresh можно узнать в инструкции на монитор.
