Через VLC можно очень чрезжопно извратиться, если назначить логотип в виде
черного квадрата в полный экран с полной прозрачностью, и, отследив, когда
ролик должен кончаться / начинаться, эту прозрачность покрутить.
На звук это, впрочем, не подействует.

Можно соответствующим образом подготавливать видео для вопроизведения - от
каждого клипа в видеоредакторе отрезать "хвост" и "голову", делать им вручную
плавное затухание, и соответственно составлять плейлист.
