Ну вот и надо было сперва kill 6880 и удостовериться, что готов.
См. тж. /tmp/.X* (некоторые ещё deallocvt 7 делают).
PS: жаль, что форматирование вывода ps съехало -- сперва посмотрел,
ничего не понял, отложил.
