Кроме настройки only_from в xinetd, необходимо ещё указать список
адресов, которым разрешён доступ, в /etc/sane.d/saned.conf (в
простейшем случае можно вписать там "+", разрешив доступ всем, тогда
будет работать только ограничение средствами xinetd).
