Да, только:
1) русификация намного хуже. Так получилось, что KDE3 вылизали, а на 4ку ни
сил ни времени не было.
2) некоторые глюки и ограничения (например, в Akregator из 4.1.3 пропал список
статей, в KMail тормозит показ писем из одной папки, дублируются некоторые
комбинации клавиш: свои нужно переопределять заново)
3) нет кое-каких приложений (например, веб-архиватор в Konqueror 4.1.3)
4) слабая настраиваемость панели (но мне хватает дефолтового)
5) слабый набор виджетов (это поправимо, так как технология новая)
6) KOffice 2 пока ещё в бете и потому лучше подождать и использовать
OpenOffice.org.
