мне кажется, это может помочь http://www.altlinux.org/Hasher
как собрать пакет из srpm...
а вообще - наверное, пора делать вики - что такое бэкпорт, для чего он и
как бэкпортить пакеты для собственных нужд :) Кто может это написать,
сделайте плиз, я сам не осилю, потому что недопонимаю сих вопросов
