А в чём проблема?
Подмонтировать все корневые разделы (где /boot лежит), составить lilo.conf по
мотивам, с пунктом для корня каждой системы (root=(лучше использовать
label/UUID разделов, image=, initrd= - примонтированные пути).
А разные /usb и т.п. разделы уже описываются в fstab каждой системы.
