Нарывался на такое. Mount отказывался монтировать такие разделы. Не помню
из-за чего, но у меня сложилось такое впечетление, что gparted на много
корректней работает с разделами, чем qtparted. Не зависимо линуксовые или
виндовые. Всегда под рукой вот такое:
