Если вы имеете ввиду usb-storage, т.е обычный флэш брелок, то не имеет
значения.
Есть специальные файловые системы для NAND/NOR флэша. Наиболее
распространённая -- JFFS2. Особенность таких файловых систем -- это работа
напрямую с Memory Technology Device, а не с блочным уровнем. usb-storage
-- это блочное устройство. Так что никак.
Можно, конечно, эмулировать MTD поверх блочного устройства. Но тогда все
приемущества JFFS2 сведутся на нет.
