Первые две можно приколотить гвоздями в /etc/rc.d/rc.local
(создав и сделав исполняемым); можно попробовать настроить
интерфейс в /etc/net.
Ещё можно попробовать повесить баг на alterator-net-wifi,
если пробовали настраивать им и это не получилось (что сейчас
меня скорее не удивит, он немного странный).
