Имеет, нужно указывать в конфиге так, как он по-настоящему
называется.

Версии пакетов в Сизифе и в branch не одинаковые, см. справа на
http://sisyphus.ru/srpm/Sisyphus/sane
Появление устройства значения не имеет, хотя эта функциональность
и появилась в новом пакете.
