Это связано с тем, что
1. Настройка через alterator не срабатывает с первого раза. Только со второго.
2. Надо перезапустить службу network, так как wpa-supplicant как процесс,
запускаемый службой network не перечитывает файл настройки.
Как только это одолеете, всё будет хорошо.
