Ну... чего не просили, того не делали.
kde-i18n-es не вижу, но вряд ли его сложно собрать
(равно как и локализацию тех же OOo/Firefox).
Системные локали, помнится, устанавливались все.
Думаю, делов от силы на пару дней, если это предпочтительней
использования европейских дистрибутивов.
