Каким правильным должен быть конфиг не скажу, а вот путь по которому пошёл бы
я таков: поднимается OpenLDAP-сервер, вся авторизация заворачивается на него:
прокси, почта, вэб и т.д. А для управления squid'ом используется sams. Думаю
это то, что вам нужно.
