Туда добавили и fglrx-tools, при наличии которых (точнее,
/etc/ati) затыкается; но это сам не имел пока возможности
проверить.

Ну я вот не пересаживаю народ на Desktop 4.0.0 именно потому,
что там есть ряд проблем, по которым потом консультировать даже
как-то неудобно -- их просто не должно было быть.
Вот 4.0.1 beta 20071015 считаю уже возможным раздавать :)
