ALTLinux под рукой нет, по-этому пути могут отличаться, но вот общесистемные
автостарты о которых я знаю я знаю:
/etc/inittab
/etc/rc.d/rc{3,5}.d/*
/usr/share/autostart (вроде только в иксах)
/usr/share/dbus-1/services/ (при старте dbus)
/usr/kde/3.5/share/autostart/ (только в kde)
есть еще xinit.d, и xsession.d в каталоге /etc/X11/
если кто знает еще места откуда что-то стартует - добавьте.
