Пример скрипта во вложении. Отредактировать по вкусу. Сделать исполняемым
root'ом (chown root.root mount_smb; chmod 744 mount_smb).
Положить его в /etc/init.d/
Сделать с него симлинки в /etc/rc2.d (rc3.d, rc4.d, rc5.d) и переименовать их
в S99mount_smb. (симлинк делается командой ln -s, подробнее man ln).
На запуске будет успешно монтироваться, при выключении отмонтироваться (потому
как прописывается в /etc/mtab).
