Тащит он cabextract, который есть на DVD, в репозитории
Desktop 4.0 и бранче. Вообще говоря, досадно, что решили
убрать их из бранча, но вполне понятно, почему -- чтоб ненароком
по недосмотру не плюхнуть на диск, что было бы подставой.

Недавно именно так и было.

Ээээ.... не стоит. Спасибо, что обратили внимание, а то
когда-нить пришлось бы делать бэкпорт на ходу в самый
неподходящий момент (хотя на самом деле -- действительно
вытащить из архива скорее :).
Минут через двадцать будет в backports/4.0, оттуда же и для 3.0
должно сгодиться при необходимости (если кто проверит -- можно
будет склонировать и туда). У меня на 4.0/branch работает.
