А драйвер видеокарты какой выбран?
С Intel был интересный момент - ускорение заводится когда заходишь в Центр
управления системы в модуль настройки Графический интерфейс - Дисплей и
нажимаешь Сохранить (или меняешь на другой драйвер, сохраняешь и выбираешь
снова intel и сохраняешь).
