Если вы имеет ввиду систему для установки пакетов из репозитария, с
вытягиванием пакетов, от которых зависит устанавливаемый, то apt. Если вам
надо ещё и гравический интерфейс, то выполните от root : apt-get install -u
synaptic-usermode && update-menus -vdN
