Ну и что вы от wvdial-а хотите? Он ищет (если не прав - поправьте) хардовые
модемы, может и какие внутренние. Но такой он вряд-ли найдет. Ищите доку по
своему модему как настроить под него wvdial или kppp. Ну или тут спрашивайте.
А конфигуратор wvdial-а есть в самом wvdial-е
