Не знаю как у вас - у меня всё нормально.
Может производственный брак или брак транспортировки ?
А исправить - я даже не знаю, как это вы представляете ?
Первое - обращайтесь к тому у кого покупали, или в OAO ALTLinux, или кто
там издатель (не помню :( )
Хотя, что значит нечитаемый, как вы это выяснили ?
