Совсем недавно (месяц) мы обсуждали этот вопрос в рассылке ...
Есть много, весьма похожих, способов ...
Начиная с клонирования диска чем-либо похожим на PartitionMagic,
заканчивая переливанием диска по сети, чуть ли не rsinc-ом ...
Все они более-менее применимы ...
Смотря какой формы напильник вам ближе :)
