ADSL какой Ethernet или USB?
если Ethernet, то на каком интерфейсе висит?
Что значит -
"Пингую Adsl-модем по адресу нормально" - по какому адресу пытаетесь пинговать?
192.168.0.71 - это дал провайдер в качестве шлюза?
