Это где, в наутилусе?
А если в терминале или mc ?
1.не монтирует или 2.не дает доступ к смотированному ресурсу?
1. настроить /etc/sudoers и далее sudo mount -t smbfs //HOST/SHARE /mountpoint
2. sudo mount -t smbfs uid=<user> //<HOST>/<SHARE> /<mntpoint>
