Лучше уж на ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/3.0/ , imho.

Обновить систему, а домой содержимое /var/cache/apt/ и /etc/apt/
Я так и сделал.
Вот содержимое моего /etc/apt/sources.list.
