Что ещё за RAID на aic7899? Какой модуль для этого контроллера грузится?
Если aic7xxx - этот модуль не поддерживает RAID вообще. Возможно, aic7899
используется в качестве SCSI-контроллера на какой-то плате, аппаратно
реализующей RAID - в этом случае должен использоваться какой-то другой
драйвер, соответствующий этому RAID-контроллеру.
