Поищите на freshmeat.net "cups accounting".

Странное приличие. Кроме как чего-то делать со спулом или
врезать специфический фильтр где-то в cups, не придумаю.

Может иметь смысл обратиться к тем же альтам, насколько знаю,
когда-то inger@ ковырял cups на предмет сколько-нибудь
пригодности к подобным средам (Izvrat mode оттуда же родом).
Бишь печать и безопасность -- это одна большая проблема.
