Там нет такого. Есть XF86Config и XF86Config-4. В последнем есть настройки
мыши. Но там нет ничего такого что бы было похоже на частоту чтения. Кстати,
если они и вправду тут хранятся, то как они меняются при загрузке другой
операционки? Я сомневаюсь что Винда умеет править конфигурационные файлы
Линукса. Да и зачем?
