"600" напоминает альтовское издание, в котором есть небольшая
книжка и за которое они хоть что-то получат.
"195" напоминает "болванка + транспорт + ~200% навара".
Неужто в более приличных местах за семь баксов болванку
не пришлют?

Это явно те же деятели, что и opensource соm uа.
Если вы хотите поддерживать своей копейкой деляг, которые
ни копейки не положили на _развитие_ и _поддержку_ свободного ПО,
а бессовестно демпингуют, перепродавая созданное и собранное
другими -- пожалуйста.
Они формально в рамках, и пользоваться их услугами -- вполне
законно. Вот только я этим дельцам, некоторые шедевры которых
в Украине знаю -- руки не подам.
Кстати, спамеры тоже формально в рамках и занимаются "дешёвой
рекламой для всех". Go figure.
PS: это не в смысле "покупайте альтовское". То же самое говорю
в других местах, когда туда ссылаются при вопросах "где взять
Debian" или "...Mandriva".
