Для x65 нужна версия SieFS новее, чем в Master 2.4 - поддержка x65
появилась только в SieFS-0.4. Вроде бы в backports лежит пакет, но он
собран под более новую версию fuse - придётся брать и libfuse, и, что
более неприятно, соответствующий модуль ядра (kernel-modules-fuse-*) тоже
из backports (причём этот модуль там собран для не для ядра с дисков
Master 2.4, а для какого-то ядра из updates, но тоже уже устаревшего).
На самом деле SieFS-0.4 как раз можно было бы собрать со старой версией
fuse; вот с новой версией 0.5 этот фокус уже так просто не пройдёт.
Кстати, obexftp должен бы работать по IrDA - только именно напрямую (с
опцией --irda), а не через эмуляцию COM-порта (/dev/ircomm0). Работа
через терминальное соединение (--tty /dev/... - COM/USB-кабель и т.п.) с
телефонами Siemens в obexftp действительно сломана.
