Безупречный экспорт в LaTeX невозможен в принципе, но
у TeXmacs он прямо-таки жуткий, по крайней мере, в той части,
которая касается локализации...

Да нет, не главный... Другое дело, что мы подсознательно
ждем от редактора, который называется TeXmacs и умеет использовать
TeX'овские шрифты идеальной интеграции с TeX, а этого-то как раз
и нет.
