Здравствуйте! Почитал Font-HOWTO, решил попробовать установить шрифты windows
xp(sp2). Сначала я скопировал шрифты с каталога Windows/Fonts в каталог
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/winfonts. Затем команды:
#cd /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/winfonts
#/usr/sbin/ttmkfdir -o fonts.scale
unknown font foundry code SYRC
unknown font foundry code PYRS
#/usr/X11R6/bin/mkfontdir
#/usr/sbin/chkfontpath --add /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/winfonts
#ps ax | grep xfs
1107 ? S 0:00 /usr/X11R6/bin/xfs -port -1 -daemon -user xfs
3069 pts/2 S 0:00 grep xfs
xfs использует порт -1? Немного странно... Далее:
#xset -q

Затем смотрю /etc/X11/XF86Config-4. Вот чего там есть:
FontPath "unix/:-1"
Затем
# /etc/rc.d/init.d/xfs restart

]

]
Затем перзапускаю иксу. И что я получаю. Захожу например в какое-нибудь
qt-шное приложение, в стандартном диалоге выбора шрифта полный список
win-шрифтов. Выбираю любой из них, но шрифт на самом деле не изменяется. В
центре управления kde -> внешний вид -> шрифты, win-шрифтов нет вовсе. В чем
ошибка?
