Может совпало, а может в этом дело и было.
Прошелся по реестру Вин программой RegCleaner. Та удалило пару ошибок
реестра и печать только что отработала нормально, т.е. нескоько заданий
подряд в очередь ушло без проблем.
Вопрос снят (я надеюсь). Чуть не очернил себя грязными помыслами в
сторону Линукса :-)
