Двое Камчатских провайдеров из трех это сделают мгновенно.
Просто кладут интерфейс, смотрящий на клиента, без разговоров.
Ибо траффик спутниковый и очень дорогой. Для нас оптика во
внешний мир - неосуществимая мечта.
