Стоимость AltLinux Master 2.4(DVD) составляет 600 руб не считая стоимости за
доставку. Если это свободный линукс, то почему он столько стоит? Ну максимум
что может стоить DVD с боксом это порядка 250 руб. А остальное тогда что -
350 руб. - навар такой. Значит это не свободный линукс. Нет ну конечно можно
бесплатно скачать его из интернета, но найдется ли такой человек который
будет скачивать 4.7 ГБ информации. Если только на халяву, или у него
спутниковый интеренет. У большинства таких возможностей нет. А сколько я
потрачу нервов на глюки которые обязятельно будут в этом дистрибутиве судя по
вопросам рассылки. Куплю ка я себе лучше RedHat 10. Сам настрою там звук,
установлю дрова для видеокарты. Как это делать я уже научился. Зато там ядро
компилируется без проблем, и проблем с Qt тоже нет. И вообще все там по
стандарту, не то что в мастере. И купить я его могу не за 600 рублей, а за
225 нормальную версию из 3 CD.
ЗЫ: Это моя личная точка зрения. Просто с вами хотел с ней поделиться, и все.
