Попробую предположить, в правильности ответа не уверен, но вам
что-то никто не отвечает, вот я и подумал, вдруг мой ответ хоть
как-нибудь поможет...

Это у меня в Мастере 2.4
Ваша программа не может найти дополнительную информацию, которая
обычно используется при отладке. В glibc-devel входят библиотеки, у
которых эта информация удалена (она вообщем-то бесполезна для
простого пользователя и увеличивает размер бинарника раза в 3-4).
Вам нужно установить пакет glibc-devel-debug, в котором эти отладочные
символы сохранены. Во всяком случае это избавит вас от части
сообщений...
