Судя по описанию - примерное это. Вы работали с этой системой?
У меня задача автоматизировать работу нашей службы поддержки.
Чтобы опреторы этой службы могли фиксировать заявки по проблемам,
решать их или отправлять в какой-либо из техотделов, фиксировать
сроки решения проблемы, отчеты. На основе решенных проблем
создавать базу знаний на будущее.
